I have been around the volleyball scene for many years! Overall I have been coaching for a total of12 years. All 12 I coached club from ages 13-18, High school levels for 9 years, and college level for 2 years. Volleyball is my passion and that is why I wanted to branch out more with the sport. Vortex Fitness is a program I built to help athletes increase their agility. Most volleyball programs focus on lifting, where as Vortex will be cardio, strengthening, and stretching. I am excited to begin this journey and hope to help as many athletes as possible.
