Vortex Fitness is a new training program to the Fox Valley area. Our trainings are circuit focused, and broken down into 3 different circuits. Timed circuits will be a workout performing exercises for a set amount of time before moving onto the next exercise. Competetive will be simular to timed but each exercise is completed for as many repetions as possible for the given amount of time, trying to do better and better each round. Lastly, Position Specific will focus on strengthening the major muscle groups needed for the selected position. Overall every circuit training will focus on the 8 training categories needed for volleyball players. 1. Speed, agility, power 2. Injury Prevention 3. Flexibility, stretch 4. Endurance 5. Balance, footwork, coordination 6. Jump, vertical 7. Reaction Time 8. Strength
